Payment
Delivery
of an item cannot be made until full payment has been received
and cleared by Natural Sense. Payment can be made by the on-site
payment options, cheques or postal orders and will be debited
from your account before the despatch of your goods. We strongly
recommend that no cash is sent through the post as you do so at
your own risk.
All
credit/debit cards will be subject to validation checks and authorisation
by the card issuer. If for any reason your issuer does not authorise
payment to us, we will not be liable
for any delays or non delivery of your goods. We will charge a
£25 fee on all returned cheques.
Delivery
of Goods
Goods
will be dispatched within 36 hours of clearance of payment and
where permitting on the day of an order being placed but this
will be subject to stock. Should the item be out of stock we will
contact the buyer immediately with an expected delivery date.
The buyer will specify the method and address for delivery of
the goods. Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the
buyer on delivery.

Acceptance Policy
Receipt
of an electronic or other form of order does not signify our acceptance
of your order, nor does it constitute our acceptance to sell.
Natural Sense reserves the right at any time after the receipt
of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

is owned by Natural Sense. Users may view, print, and download
any of the contents for personal use only. The contents must not

and Description of Goods

effort has been made by Natural Sense to ensure that the goods/services
portrayed have been described as accurately as possible. The quantity
and description of the goods shall be as set out in the Natural
Sense web site.

Sense warrants that the goods and services will at the time of
delivery correspond to the description given by Natural Sense.

goods are ordered from us or any personal information given, Natural
Sense will not share this information with any third parties without

advise you of any special offers, events, services or updated

Returns
and Refunds
In
the event that your order is shipped incorrectly or it is found
to be damaged, we shall give a full refund or replacement, provided
that we are informed within 24 hours of you receiving your order.
Any returns should be made within 14 days of the date of the invoice
and sent to us at P.O. Box 238 Hastings East Sussex TN35 5WY to
include a copy of the original invoice. Reimbursement of postage
and packing will also be given.
Under
the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations 2000, UK
customers can cancel an order within 7 (seven) working days of
receipt of the goods. This does not include any personalised items
made to your specifications.
Under
the regulations, to cancel an order you must advise us by e-mail,
fax or letter. A telephone call is not sufficient.
Natural
Sense will not be responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged
in transit to Natural Sense. If any goods need to be returned
we would advise that they are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery
or other insured and tracked facility.
If
any goods returned to us are found to be damaged we will not refund
or replace these goods. We will inform you of this in writing
by amyl, fax or letter. Any such goods will be held by us for
90 days from the date of that written notice. You may collect
the goods from us within 90 days. If no collection has been made
within this time the goods will be disposed of.
Any
goods returned to us are not our responsibility until delivered
to the Natural Sense address.
Any
postage costs will be met by you when sending the item(s) back
to Natural Sense.
Statutory
rights still apply.
